Even though I might complain about living in the Midwest, what with its lack of mountains and its freezing wind there are some nice things about where we live.  One of the best things is that on any given day there is always something going on, and usually it is free.  This weekend it was an Irish dance performance by Identity an Irish dance troop from the University.  The girls and I headed over to the library to watch them dance.  They even taught all the kids a jig, of course Katie already knew all the steps.  The girls were very nice and took time to talk with all the kids. Can't wait to see what we can do next weekend.
