Irish Dance

Katie started taking Irish Dance this past fall and this weekend was her recital. Usually first year students are not in the recital but this year they decided to let them participate. Their part was very small, but still Katie was excited. The hardest part about Irish Dance is curling your hair! I didn't do a very good job even though Katie was remarkable cooperative. If she continues with Irish dance I will definitely buy a wig. All the students did a great job at the performance, although I think Katie was the cutest. She was so proud and is already talking about next year, when she will get to do more and even wear a costume and ghillies (soft soled Irish dance shoes)
