Vacation: Part One

We have been home from vacation now for over a week, but with going back to work full time I haven't had the time or energy to post about it till now.  We started our vacation with a trip to see Aunt Pegg.  The kids look forward to our visit to Aunt Pegg's house every year and this year was no exception.  We headed down to Aunt Pegg's house after church Sunday and of course the first thing they wanted to do after petting Chance, Pegg's dog, was go in her pool.  We spent the afternoon swimming had some dinner and the kids where off to bed, although sleeping wasn't in their plans, I think they finally stopped talking around midnight.  The next day we headed over to a local nature preserve to do a little hike/walk.  The big excitement there was we stumbled on a fire caused by a lightning strike.  We had a very nice visit, but soon it was time to head off to Indy to start the next part of our vacation.
