So Tuesday morning we woke up to snow that kept falling and blowing all day long. In the end we got 13 inches of snow and school has now been cancelled for three days, Tuesday, Wednesday and now Thursday. We spent the day Tuesday inside. It was nice to have a day to do things as a family. We worked on Valentine's, watched a movie and had a special Valentine dinner (at the time we thought Rob would be at work for Valentine's Day). We had Raclette and chocolate fondue, perfect for a cold winter day. Today, Wednesday was a day for digging out. Chet and his sisters worked on their snow fort and helped some with the driveway. Of course we had several impromptu snow fights. Inside we enjoyed hot chocolate, played with Lego's and the girls and I took a nice little nap. It has been nice, but I was ready for the kids to go back to school tomorrow. However they just canceled school for another day because they haven't cleared around all the schools just yet. Hopefully they will get to go on Friday, otherwise they will have had an entire week off, Monday was a holiday.
